3D centerline display implementation for segmented corridor road. This commit includes modifications to the architecture documentation, developer guide, quick start guide, troubleshooting guide, and workflow documentation. Additionally, it includes changes to the command for generating the 3D centerline and the object for displaying the 3D centerline, as well as a new task for the 3D centerline display. A new regression test for the segmented centerline display has also been added.
