What this PR does / why we need it:
This adds https://github.com/gardenlinux/gardenlinux/blob/acf081e05abb175067653d38c0caee427311e3d0/bin/flavors_parse.py to this repo.
It is used in the github workflows of Garden Linux and also by GLRD.
After this is merged one can look into replacing the occurrences it by this package.
