This PR solves issue: #9 .
FameCard component from fame-card.tsx is used with dummy data in dummyData object, also for better UX, skeleton component is used till the data will be fetched from the backend.
I also used some static images which should be deleted later on.
Also some bare min. responsivness till we get mobile design by changing grid cols with screen size.
