CAD-Lisp support for Geany

I recently added CAD-Lisp support to Geany.

The configuration provides:

• CAD-Lisp file type recognition
• Syntax highlighting for AutoCAD and BricsCAD Lisp code
• Separate highlighting for CAD-Lisp keywords and custom library functions
• DCL file support
• Improved brace matching
• A few usability tweaks for daily CAD-Lisp development

The CAD-Lisp keyword list is based on work by Torsten Moses.

Many thanks to the Geany developers. After spending some time configuring and testing it on both Linux and Windows, I found that Geany works remarkably well as a cross-platform editor for CAD-Lisp development.
