Test all RAM modules on the Apple II

Maybe once the FloppyEmu arrives, I can test this, since until #4 is complete, we can't read off a floppy disk.

There's a program RAM test Utility v1.4 aka KansasFest MemUtil, which should test each address in RAM to verify full functionality.

There's also @misterblack1's Apple ][ Dead Test RAM Diagnostic ROM, however that requires programming a ROM chip, which is a process I'm less familiar with.

Then there's Apple-Cillin, and the 6502 Memory Test utility that's a bit more generic. (Boy, would it not have been fun to have to type in programs manually from magazines back in the day!)

I found a couple online stores selling pre-flashed ROMs for the Dead Test:

• Apple II Dead Test by My Retro Store in the UK
• Dead Test Switcher for Apple II by infinity products in Japan

Both seemed a bit pricey including shipping; I haven't found a US store with one available though. eBay had a few cards for like $60+.

If your Apple II boots and it if it has 64k, there is a disk image on the repo that will run the RAM test. It loads it into the top of address space and executes, as if it were running as a ROM. (This is a normal capability of any 64k Apple II) Clearly if it doesn't boot, then yeah it's no help. :-)

@misterblack1 - Ah, nice, so I can just load apple2dead.dsk from the Releases page onto FloppyEmu and then try loading that up? I think that will be doable. Just waiting on my FloppyEmu to arrive :) Thanks!
