Just to clarify state of incomplete items as I see it as of 2026-06-10 :

• Intrinsics redesign - this has started, but is a significant number of steps, and we only get end-user value when things are linked up at the end.
• Bash tool - reverted, replacement in progress
• Tools demonstration - Some done, but there's significant benchmarking suggested which isn't done yet
• AWS SigV4 - close. PR 578 is up for review
