Store temporalFile.GetURI() instead of temporalFile.GetAbsoluteName()…

* Fix Amazon.S3.AmazonS3Exception: Could not determine content length error when uploading from a stream to s3.

* Store temporalFile.GetURI() instead of temporalFile.GetAbsoluteName(). GetURI() returns the right full path for external files.
