Try to make first usage of GeoNetwork easier - discuss and set good defaults.

Default templates / remove obscur one - keep only one for dataset/service
Editor / simplify default view
- Styling / use the label above mode by default ?
- Remove unsupported INSPIRE view in ISO19139 ?
- Default view / Collapse sections which are low priority eg. metadata is automatically populated usually ?
- Validation / Only visible to reviewerOrMore ?
Admin
- Harvester / Disabled by default less common ones to have only the main one by default
- Categories / Remove default ones which are quite old and most of the time never used
- UI settings doc and layout improvement
