NAME: JingjuAlignment

DESCRIPTION 
 tool for Aligning lyrics to audio automatically using Hidden Markov Models with Explicit Duration
For one jingju aria with different parameters
Aligns each lyrics sentence in term and aggregates results. End of sentence is infered from  white space in TextGrid file. 
Scores are used to assign duration to each syllable. Score should be in musicXML format in <pathToRecordings> and named  <recordingName>_score.xml

BUILD INSTRUCTIONS:

to run you need to put in parent dir these python projects: 

* htkModelParser

* Duration-explicit HMM decoding 
git clone https://github.com/georgid/HMMDuration.git

* Duration-explicit lyrics-alignment modeling 
git clone https://github.com/georgid/AlignmentDuration.git

* Evaluation of accuracy

* utilsLyrics
git clone https://github.com/georgid/utilsLyrics.git

* resynthesis of vocal harmonic spectrum
git clone https://github.com/georgid/sms-tools.git


USAGE: runWithParams.py   <pathToRecordings> <withScores> <deviationINSec> <recordingName> <withVocalPrediciton>

example usage:
# python runWithParams.py tests 1 0.1 dan-xipi_01 1

as wel see tests/AlignOneChunkTest to test segment(=1, or =2) from aria
