Show toast when users chats aren't saving

We have seen issues with ISPs blocking convex.site, which has led to users chats not saving properly. I added a toast to show this to users more prominently, so they don't waste a ton of tokens on a chat that isn't saving.

yes, when you try to navigate away, there is a popup that says you will lose changes. I'll look replacing the toast instead of showing both. good idea!
