SSR support with SvelteKit RPC (.remote.ts) functions

There is currently beta support for react's nextjs but it doesn't seem like this exists for sveltekit and convex as of yet

I'll close for now. Although I'd like to open this issue in the future again once remote functions stabilize https://svelte.dev/docs/kit/remote-functions or maybe a slightly different/related issue that could address if/how to take advantage of remote functions.

@PaperPrototype I don't think Remote Functions can be taken advantage of, but async Svelte definitely can. Check out #32. I'd love your feedback
