Restricting Dashboard Access for View-Only Users in Redash

Hi,
I would like to share Redash dashboards with staff members, ensuring that different users have access to specific dashboards. However, I have the following questions:

1. How can I share dashboards with users for view-only access without using public sharing?
2. Is there a way to create user accounts that restrict access to only viewing dashboards, without allowing them to see or edit queries?
