Sorry, can you provide some context for this? I don't really understand what this does and why.

Oh sorry. This instructs craft in the release action to not look for (and fail finding) artifacts that we never upload. We don’t provide precompiled binaries like we do for symbolicator, so there is no artifacts that we need to upload. |
