Steps to Reproduce

I deployed version 25.3.0 using a zip package and need to upgrade to 25.11.1. I used rsync to overwrite the old version's data directory. I then restored sentry/config.yml and .env and executed ./install.

Expected Result

I hope the upgrade will be successful.
