Cuando se usa sentry_flutter en Windows:

Flutter → ejecuta CMake
CMake → descarga sentry-native
sentry-native → clona submódulos:
crashpad
breakpad
zlib (desde Chromium)

Y aquí truena:
chromium.googlesource.com detecta muchas peticiones
Te bloquea temporalmente con 429 impidiendo ejecutar la aplicación sin este paquete
