When isMounted triggers keyword interpolation, makeKeywordsClickable clones React elements causing DOM recreation that loses .hidden classes. Added useLayoutEffect to re-apply visibility state synchronously before paint. Fixes checkbox display bug introduced by hydration fix in #15473.

Added useLayoutEffect to re-apply visibility state synchronously before paint. Fixes checkbox display bug introduced by hydration fix in #15473. Note: this isn't an ideal long term solution to reapply changes, but does the trick until we can invest in a refactor <!-- Use this checklist to make sure your PR is ready for merge. Fixing an issue where a hydration error renders just a string without keyword processing in a code snippet.
Added a hook to defer keyword interpolation until after component mount to prevent server/client HTML mismatch. This way both server and client render identical initial HTML, with keywords being upgraded client-side after hydration.
