Add way of tracking if ContextLines integration is used

Problem Statement

When the ContextLine integration is used, the user does not need source maps. We need a way of marking an event as having context lines so we don't need to check for source maps because they aren't needed.

When the SDK sends an event to Sentry, event.sdk.integrations holds a list of all used integrations, such as ContextLines

Since I'm currently in source maps hell again, trying to get them working for SvelteKit on Vercel:

I don't think this is always the case. The ContextLines integration reads the JS file of frame.filenamefor each frame in the stack trace. These files might as well be minified. For example, this currently happens in SvelteKit apps deployed to Vercel:

In SvelteKit's case (and I'm assuming the same thing happens in Remix or NextJS), server JS is heavily transformed so we'd still need source map to map the code back to the actual source file.
