Test integrations on 3.14 #4911
Description
Once we've added 3.14 to classifiers, run scripts/generate-test-files.sh to generate tox.ini — it'll detect we now support 3.14 and will take that into consideration when generating test setup for integrations (i.e., if they also already support 3.14, toxgen will add it to the test matrix).
It might be there will be some adjustments necessary where we might need to restrict the Python versions to test on manually in scripts/populate_tox/config.py.
