Implement Let's Encrypt (HTTPS) in docker-compose.yml default config

Summary

Please implement LE by default in the docker-compose.yml

Motivation

HTTPS is a very important feature, and while it's not-that-hard to setup with a reverse proxy (nginx e.g), it would be much better if there was LE support by default in the docker-compose.yml (the same way there is a SMTP server or Redis server)
