Testing against OGC API - Processes Server Instance

Summary of changes made for https://github.com/EOEPCA/roadmap/issues/455.

• Create a bash script that tests all pattern scenarios (deploy, execute, and undeploy all patterns)
• Add the associated execute request in JSON format.

To run the bash script, you should provide the landing page URL of the Server Instance.

For example, we can use the command below for testing on a local setup.

./deploy_and_run.sh http://localhost:8080/anonymous/ogc-api/

With the latest version, all the patterns deploy and execute successfully.
