The only unmet dependency it seems is libgssapi-krb5-2 for all the cross-compile builds. I could do a quick pull disabling cURL support (though that is not ideal). The most-recent successful build is pulling this dependency successfully.

Checking http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/noble/main/binary-riscv64/Packages.gz indeed has the file:

Ah, I looked in the wrong place, for a minute it looked like the whole binary-* was gone.

No problem. I went for the low-hanging fruit and just disabled CURL. The main purpose of those builds is to ensure the general cross-compile is working with the back-ends.
