Action! compiler for ELKS

I was doing some research and I found out about the programming language call Action!. It was a 8-bit programming language for a few of the Atari computers. The reason I bring it up is because although BASIC is a great addition to the OS a more capable programming language like Action! could be used for more efficient projects while still in the OS. Currently a C toolchain has been developed: #2159

First question is where is the source code for its implementation?
I see https://github.com/NaturalTangent/Action- which is in assembler. It must be in assembler compatible with ELKS tools because rewriting it in compatible format will be too much work. Implementation in C is the other possibility.

This is Atari assembler ... so it can not be used in our case. Maybe if we could ask ChatGpt to convert it to x86 assembler? :)

Writing a new C implementation for Action! is probably the best idea.
