I just realized a one-liner patch (which sets internal lua integer to long) makes Lua language be able to compile for 16-bit real mode:

I posted a compiled binary here in "Releases" too.

I ended up not using https://github.com/Lethja/lua-watcom but using a simpler approach and Lua 5.1.5 as base.
