Fix #105 - createOrPeek update local data if record already exists

Now when a model of a relationship exists in a peek store it will be update the attributes.

For the same reason this approved pull request #108 is getting failed at CI build but it works and tested on my machine. Any possibility of merging it as well? Thanks
