Sunrise and sunset should take into account the time in polar regions

In some special regions, such as polar areas, the phenomenon of polar day and polar night typically occurs at specific times.
From around March 21 to September 23 each year, the North Pole experiences polar day, and the South Pole experiences polar night.
From around September 23 to March 21 of the following year, the South Pole experiences polar day, and the North Pole experiences polar night.
Around June 22 each year, the Arctic Circle experiences polar day, and the Antarctic Circle experiences polar night.
Around December 22 each year, the Antarctic Circle experiences polar day, and the Arctic Circle experiences polar night.
