Add Privacy Policy e.g. PRIVACY.md

To spell out that no data is collected even during auto updates etc or rather to spell out what exactly happens in which conditions (including what is collect in crash logs if they are sent etc)

doing a bit of search, maybe inspire loosely from say https://opensource.fb.com/legal/privacy/ but most of what is out there seems to be for websites/services not CLIs

So tbh not sure (AI gen one and have a (real) lawyer look it over?)

Yeah I don't think we need to make it a formal legal document. I think being explicit its not and just outlines details of things that may impact people's privacy (or think it would but clarify it doesn't).

This is the only example of a template quickly on gh I could find it looks ok to me (don't need like 90% of it probably)
