The instruction file is missing the required applyTo field in the markdown front matter. According to the instruction file guide, all .instructions.md files must have an applyTo field that specifies the file or files to which the instructions apply. For example, add applyTo: '**/*.py' to apply these instructions to Python files.

The table row has an extra column with tags ('python, research, ml') that doesn't match the format of other entries in the table. Looking at rows 94-96 and 98, all other entries have only two columns: Title/Install buttons and Description. This extra column should be removed to maintain consistency with the rest of the table.

Can you use npm start to update the readme correctly.
Also, it might be a good idea to scope these instructions as Copilot suggests.
