It turns out that stopping and re-starting the copilot fixed this, but this shouldn't happen in the first place.

Hi! I'm glad to see a restart fixed the problem. We'll look into whether we can improve the experience if you change subscriptions mid-session

This is happening here as well; I'm on GHE.com. Restarting and changing models didn't help
