Shift+Tab doesn't work to go backwards in MCP add menu

Describe the bug

When in the "Add New MCP Server" menu on Windows, Shift+Tab doesn't go back up the menu. It seems there is no way to get back to previous text boxes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. copilot
2. /mcp
3. a
4. enter some name
5. tab
6. try to shift+tab back up, nothing happens

Expected behavior

It clearly says "Tab/Shift+Tab: Navigate fields," which I expect to mean that Shift+Tab goes back up since Tab goes down.

I cannot reproduce this problem. What terminal exactly do you use?

There've been some changes with keyboard input in the last few releases, so please give it a try to the latest one to confirm this is still an issue.

I verified that this no longer seems to be an issue on 0.0.354 on both macOS and Windows, so I'm going to close this. If you're still seeing issues on latest could you let us know and what terminal you are using @hhhults?
