Please resolve/answer my queries

1. Do we have to pay for the Azure Exams of which the certificates have to be uploaded?? Also even on logging in the platforms the progress is not being reflected.
2. Is there a possibility that our project will get rejected in the end??
3. Will we get mentors to complete our project?
4. I have applied for GitHub Developer Student Pack 7 days back. Still have not received.
