Unable to access Azure Cloud Shell sandbox

Hi, even though I am able to complete my self-learning courses, I am unable to complete the exercise as the sandbox is still showing that it is "Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access...". I was able to access the sandbox yesterday. So can @ey-mentor1,@ey-mentor2,@EY-Mentor3, or @EY-Mentor4 help me?
