Working along with someone non-technical

Hi there folks, I have been using spec kit now and honestly prefer it over the VS Code /plan functionality as this one is more in-depth - call it a rookie question but I was wondering, if I am working with someone that is not well versed in using markdown syntax ect like a PM or PC who knows how to write normal spec documents but not using MD and otherwise wouldn't have access to the repo, how does that collaboration work?

Question 2. If I am in a team of 5 devs and we all working on a new feature at the same time how high is the risk of running into folders with the same prefix "003 -" or merge conflicts of sorts?

1. Best way I can see is to collaborate using their perferred choice. And then use markitdown to convert?
2. Talk to each other on your Teams channel (or other tool of communication)) and then be specific at the specify stage
