Feature Request: add option to import standardized files from url, path or repo #1081
Description
Our team has recently adopted spec-kit and we i have found myself rewriting prompt templates and use a standard boilerplate for certain files like constitution.md and generating files like copilot-instructions
it would be nice if we had an option in specify init to import these during the init phase like a switch or even an option to import this on the cli-menu
using standard practices other tools like npm, nuget, paket etc you can specify a github repo in the cli
would be useful for devs who create repos often
just a thought
