Can not target /plan command for a specific spec.md file

Lets say that i ran /specify command 3 times which creates 3 spec.md files and i want to plan the 3rd spec file first. Seems like we are catching the folder and the spec file somewhere so we cant target a spec file that we want.

If im not wrong, is git branch based, if you are in the spec 001 branch, the commands will follow the spec 001 folder
