Enhance support for brownfiled project.

I have tested spec-kit on brownfield project which includes both front-end and backend modules.
To be honest, it doesnt' work very well .
Meanwhils there is another spec project ,openspec, which says it can handle brownfield project very well.
I am think whether spec-kit project can do some enhancement on brown-field project.
Any Plan ?

@tianlinzx I am not a maintainer but in openspec they have a guards concept, that I have tried in the past and didn't particularly like. Personally I found speckit's concepts of constitution and progressive disclosure better. So, I have an enhancement filed in #967 that worked for me. because I was able to migrate my jenkins scripts, and add some more testing templetes that made cpeckit more reliable and quality gate more restrictive. If you have a sec, I would like some feedback on the PR, lmk, if there is anyideas. For brownfield I assume you already have some ci/cd controls that devs need to adhere to. Some of the problems can be solved by opencode and cursor that uses linting in meta data to help refine implementation.

@RoyceLeonD I think we need several features

1. Automatically write project documents whicn can be used to share context betweens different specs
2. Different Agents for specific tasks. dev,test,qa ,etc.
