document supported implementation languages and frameworks ? (e.g. Python etc)

It would be cool to document which
- languages are supported (seems JS/TS currently)
- frameworks are supported (e.g. for UI or other stuff)

I could contribute to the FAQ and send a PR if there is information about the topics

Is also python on the roadmap for spark ?
