View line-level blame/lens info for deleted lines in diffs #3464

Description

@joelostblom

When checking out line changes in PRs/diffs locally, it is really helpful to see the line level git blame and commit message info added by gitlens. However, this is currently only available for "lines added" and not for "lines deleted", as can be seen in these screenshots (the deletion on line 331 lacks blame/lens info):

Same with File annotations -> Toggle file blame:

This is OK as long as the change adds or modifies something on the lines where information was deleted, but when a line is simply deleted there is currently no way to see the commit message explaining why this line was deleted. I can't find a setting to enable this behavior so I'm opening a feature request to suggest that it is added.
