Question: org.gitlab4j.api.models.AbstractUser misses with*

we wonder, why org.gitlab4j.api.models.AbstractUser misses the with* implementations. It could return AbstractUser.

The with* methods are fairly new and have been implemented as they have been needed. Feel free to add them wherever you need them and submit a PR.
