The ProjectHook class is missing the push_events_branch_filter field from GitLabApi

I've updated ProjectHook to bring it in line with the latest GitLab API spec. There were actually 4 new fields that needed to be added push_events_branch_filter being one of them. This is in release 4.10.16 which has just been pushed to maven central.

If you could verify and close this issue I would appreciate it.
