Add pipeline parameter to model MergeRequest

The merge request API has had a pipeline parameter of type Pipeline for while. Looking at the GitLab API archives in Docker form, it existed in v11.0, but not in v10.3. I did not find out when exactly the change happened. It corresponds to the current pipeline and can be blank if the pipeline was not triggered or was deleted.
