Publish error message could be clearer

✘ No dst branch specified and the current branch has no upstream branch set

I don't know what dst branch means. I read that as "daylight savings time", but I'm sure that's not right. ;-) Can we edit this to be more readable?

Ah hah, I see what's going on here. IMO the message is wrong. I did set a destination which I specified the upstream. This shouldn't be a yellow-colored warning; this is the standard command.

$ gl publish
! No dst branch specified, using upstream branch origin/tree-parser
✘ No commits to publish
$ gl publish origin/tree-parser
✘ No commits to publish

It's not seriously contemplated that we'd use that long-form publish every time, is it?

Can we instead omit the "no dst branch..." error message entirely? It's not an error.
