Use git packfile instead of git objects

Existing implementation of Gitopia works with git objects. Although it is easy to work with, it is not optimal for migration of existing large repositories. Switching to git packfiles would require an intermediary server which would be responsible for unpacking the packfiles and serving the loose objects.
