Language translations

Could you please maintain consistency in the language translation files? Because it is very difficult to track and correct the translations. Maybe you could add new translations one by one, mentioning the versions in the comments... because now you can change anything in the middle of the file and basically those who translate into their own language have to basically go and check the entire file again.

I've added the version as a third parameter:
"english version", "translation", "4.2.9"

So you should translate/add in your files only the lines with the new version number.
