Field "Height above the floor" for a rack asset

Why don't racks have a property saying how high the rack is mounted? We have many wall-mounted racks and some of them are hung up high in a not-from-the-floor accessible height. Having this property could tell the technicians to prepare themselves for a risky operation in heights or a need of additional equipment.
