Run gnustep-web-install-dev as part of CI #36
Description
It'd be nice to add a GitHub action (and any other versions we want) to run the build as described in the readme.
It should run as a pre-merge action and as a post-merge action alike.
Of course, except for using curl to obtain the gnustep-web-install-dev since it will already be cloned.
