Document the default request timeout

Requests made without your own HttpClient use GoCardlessClient.DefaultHttpClient, which times out after 100 seconds, the .NET HttpClient default. This was previously undocumented; the README and the property's documentation comment now describe it, and a test guards against it becoming unlimited. To use a different timeout, pass your own HttpClient to GoCardlessClient.Create:

var httpClient = new HttpClient { Timeout = TimeSpan.FromSeconds(30) };
var client = GoCardlessClient.Create(accessToken, Environment.SANDBOX, httpClient);

Timed out requests that are idempotent are retried up to 2 more times before the error is raised.
