Describe the bug

When Go code fails to compile, the VS Code Debug Console shows the compile errors. These errors contain relative file paths. When I Ctrl+Click on the file path, VS Code displays the error:

Unable to open 'foo.go': Unable to read file '/path/to/the/workspace/foo/foo.go' (Error: Unable to resolve non-existing file '/path/to/the/workspace/foo/foo.go').

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

bug.zip

1. Unzip bug.zip somewhere.
2. Open the 'bug' folder in VS code (the folder containing go.mod).
3. Try to run the "Run main" launch configuration.
4. You will see a compile error in the debug console.
5. Ctrl + click the link to "foo.go".
6. You should see the "Unable to open..." error described above.

VS code seems to be resolving relative paths against the workspace folder instead of the working-directory which the Go compiler executes with ("bar/cmd" in this example).

Thanks for reporting this issue!

These error messages are coming directly from go compiler, there are a couple of existing issues for asking the go command to print absolute paths (golang/go#47399 and golang/go#36988).
