Remove dependabot entries from changelog

I would like to request to remove dependabot PRs from changelogs. For example finding the actual changes in https://github.com/golangci/golangci-lint-action/releases/tag/v3.5.0 is not that easy because there are quite a lot dependabot PRs which don't really matter to end users.

Remove the dependabot lines.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Not reading the changelog and missing information.

the change log is generated by GitHub, I tried to configure it aca98fe

https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/automatically-generated-release-notes

But It doesn't seem to work well when you want to regenerate a changelog, so I updated the 2 latest releases by hand.

Thanks! That's already a good improvement and reduced the changelog size dramatically.
