Documentation about the config file order priority is incorrect

Documentation about the config file order priority is incorrect. .yaml extension takes precedence over .yml when both both files are present in the directory.

I checked out the v1.64.8 tag, built it and tested it to reproduce the issue that occurred on CI.

The documentation doesn't state a specific precedence order; it just lists the possible file names.

Probably it's good idea to clarify this in the documentation in that case. Spent quite a bit of time to figure out why my config file wasn't taking precedence compared to the default config file.

This is not really a part of the golangci-lint contract; it's just the default order inside Viper.

The current order (.json, .toml, .yaml, .yml) doesn't really please me; I prefer not to document this part.
Like that, it is easier for us to change it.

Using this order is only a hack and not a feature.
