The PR splits the changelog from v1 and v2.
The changelog for v1 is now "obsolete", and it takes up too much space in the changelog page.
I also added the release dates.
The release dates are not generated because I don't want to rely on the GitHub API, and because we don't need it.
Those dates don't have a specific render because the changelog must stay readable in standard Markdown.
